Welcome to PromptCost. By accessing or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

PromptCost provides prompt analysis, token estimation, usage cost predictions, user history, and analytics. Optional paid features are offered via credits or subscriptions.

2. Account Responsibilities

Provide accurate info, keep credentials secure, don’t share accounts. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend/terminate for abuse.

3. Acceptable Use

No reverse engineering, hacking, disrupting service, illegal or harmful activities, or abusing API/rate limits. No unauthorized access attempts.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments processed by Stripe. Refunds may be offered within 14 days if credits were not substantially used; evaluated individually; issued to the original payment method; may be denied for misuse.

5. Intellectual Property

Branding, code, and site content belong to Andreas Horpas. You retain ownership of your prompts. No unauthorized use of our branding.

6. Service Availability

No guarantee of 100% uptime, accuracy of estimates, or availability of specific features/models. We may modify or discontinue the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law: no liability for indirect damages or data loss. Liability capped at amounts paid in the last 12 months. Use at your own risk.

8. Termination

You may close your account anytime. We may suspend/terminate for violations, security risks, or abuse.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance of updates.

10. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by Austrian law. Venue is Vienna, Austria, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
